Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect full payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. In the event of a partial payment, you are responsible for paying the invoice upon delivery. If the invoice is not paid, the remaining balance will be charged to the original payment method 30 days after your order was fulfilled. 
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. Your payment will not be refunded if supplies have been purchased to fulfill your pre-order. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order.

Returns are not generally accepted on pre-ordered items, except in the event of damage. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
