I'm looking for test knitters to knit my first sock design!
The Road Trip Socks were born during my first 2-day fiber festival last fall. Zuri (of self-striping fame with Yarns by Pear Maiden) and I brought projects to work on between the chaos of the fiber festival. Zuri, in particular, was working on a pair of toe-up socks with slipped stitches for visual interest. So many people who stopped by the Chronicles of Cheryl table wanted to knit those socks. But, if you know her, she didn't have a pattern and wasn't planning on writing one. I too loved the socks, but I prefer knitting my socks top-down. So, out of her self-drafted idea, we bring you another collaboration, the Road Trip Socks.
